Megan Fultz has been named Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Goucher College, Goucher Director of Athletics Dr. Andrew Wu announced recently.  Fultz, currently the Assistant Athletic Director of Business and Operations/SWA at Kings (Pa.) College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., begins at Goucher on June 3.

"I am excited to join a Division III program that aligns with my values, committed to assisting student-athletes, coaches, staff, alumni, and the entire Goucher College community. I want to thank Director of Athletics, Andrew Wu, Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Camp, and the search committee for this incredible opportunity."

Fultz joined the King's College athletic department as the Athletic Business & Operations Coordinator/Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) in the summer of 2015. Fultz was then promoted to the Assistant Athletic Director of Business and Operations/Senior Woman Administrator during the 2021-22 academic year. During her tenure at King's, a Division III member of the Middle Atlantic Conference, she has provided leadership for the daily operations for the 25 varsity athletic teams including: managing and coordinating the organization for the Athletics department's business operations, organizing team travel, ticket operations, game contracts, managing the process of new personnel hiring, and supervising student workers.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) advisor for the Monarchs, Fultz was selected in 2016 to attend the inaugural NCAA Division III SWA program in Kansas City, one of 28 selected nationally. She is also the campus chapter advisor for Chi Alpha Sigma, the national college athlete honor society.

Prior to her role in athletics at King's, Fultz worked as an admissions counselor and the athletics admissions liaison from 2013 to 2015 and was promoted to assistant director of admission shortly before joining athletics on a full-time basis.  A former field hockey player for the Monarchs, Fultz was an assistant field hockey coach from 2014 through 2018.

Fultz was a defensive midfielder for King's from 2009-12 and helped the Monarchs to a 50-27 record and four MAC Freedom conference tournament berths.  She was an All-Freedom Conference selection in 2012 and a two-time MAC All-Academic selection.  Fultz was a member of the NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad all four year and a recipient of the MAC Sportsmanship Award.

Fultz graduated from King's in 2013 with a degree in Mass Communications. She is married to Skyler Fultz, who was named the head football coach at McDaniel College in February.
