DOVER, Del. – Goucher College fell 2-0 to Wesley College in non-conference men's soccer action on Sunday.
Cole Judkins (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk) made two saves for the Gophers while Isaiah Perry (West Hartford, Conn./Hall) had a team-high two shots including one on goal.
Perry hit the post in the sixth minute while Brandon Cohen (Redondo Beach, Calif./Redondo Union) had his shot stopped in the 29th minute and Joe Simon (Milburn, N.J./Milburn) had a shot turned away in the 40th minute. Perry had the only scoring chance on goal in the second half and that was stopped in the 62nd minute.
Wesley scored a goal in each half to earn the 2-0 victory.
Goucher returns to action when it opens Landmark Conference play at Drew on Saturday. Match time is 1 p.m.
