Women's Soccer Has Five Recognized for Academics by CSC
2023 CSC ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS
TOWSON, Md. - Five members of the Goucher College women's soccer team were named to the 2023 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team selected by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, a student-athlete must be a starter or an important reserve and have at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
The 2023 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 19 (men) and December 20 (women).
Goucher's CSC Academic All-District honorees are:
- Emily Quinn, senior, Literary Studies
- Hanna Rogers, senior, Chemistry
- Belle St. Jean, senior, Psychology
- Carly Stevens, senior, Psychology
- Jordan Wood, sophomore, Communications
