Landmark Selects Phillipson-Weiner as Top Swimmer
MADISON, N.J. Goucher's Lindsey Phillipson-Weiner (Merion, Pa./Lower Merion) was recognized today by the Landmark Conference as its Female Swimmer of the Week for January 11-17.
Junior Takes First Place in 500, 1000 Freestyle Events at Triangular Meet

Landmark Conference as its Female Swimmer of the Week for January
11-17.
At a meet in Madison, N.J. in which the Gophers defeated Drew, 54-39, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, 52-43, Phillipson-Weiner placed first in a pair of individual events and swam the opening leg on their victorious 200-yard freestyle relay. The junior's first-place performances, along with her winning times, were in the 500 free (5:38.53) and 1000 free (11:38.87).
Joining Phillipson-Weiner on the quartet that captured first place in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:49.03 were Abbey Wegman (Knoxville, Tenn./Berean Christian), Victoria Adinolfi (Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie) and Britt Hogstrom (Killington, Vt./Woodstock Union).
