Prior to the 2019 season, the last time the Blue and Gold made the Landmark Conference postseason was 2013 when Walsh helped the team to a 12-5 record. Walsh and Addie Maxwell won at No. 2 doubles 8-6 and Walsh took her singles match 7-5, 6-3 to help the Gophers defeat Juniata in the conference semifinals. Walsh and Maxwell also won their doubles match 8-3 in the championship match against Scranton.
