Equestrian Earns High Point Honors at George Mason
NOKESVILLE, Va. - The Goucher College equestrian team took High Point honors at the first IHSA show of the season hosted by George Mason University on Saturday. The Gophers earned a total of 46 points. Host George Mason was the Reserve High Point team with 34 points.
Kellen Sullivan earned High Point Rider honors as he placed first in Open Flat and third in Open Fences. Cordelia Edwards placed first in Intermediate Fences, while Hayley Anderson finished first in Intermediate Flat.
Jacob Connell took first in Limit Flat, with Christina Mlynarski taking first in Limit Fences in her debut as a first year. Kristen Wilhelm was first in Novice Flat, while Lily L'Oiseau took home third in Intro Flat.
Goucher hosts its first IHSA show of the season next Saturday, October 7.
