Goucher Places 16 on Winter Academic Honor Roll
TOWSON, Md. — The Landmark Conference issued its 2012-13 Winter Academic Honor Roll today, a list of 205 student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing at one of the member institutions and have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher. Sixteen of the honorees are from Goucher.
Leonard Makes Way onto List for Third Consecutive Year
TOWSON, Md. — The Landmark Conference issued its 2012-13 Winter Academic Honor Roll today, a list of 205 student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing at one of the member institutions and have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher. Sixteen of the honorees are from Goucher.
Every athlete on the list competed in one of the six winter sports for which the conference crowns a champion: men's basketball, women's basketball, men's swimming, women's swimming, men's indoor track and field and women's indoor track and field.
Goucher's Charlie Leonard (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville) is one of 31 seniors who made the 2012-13 Winter Academic Honor Roll following appearances in 2010-11 and 2011-12, the other two years in which they would have been eligible.
