Reward for Three-Goal, Five-Assist Performance in 2010
MADISON, N.J. — Senior forward Andrew Bull (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) has been chosen to represent Goucher on the 2010 All-Landmark Conference Men's Soccer Team.
As revealed today, the team includes 24 student-athletes, with at least one from each of the eight institutions in the Landmark Conference which sponsor men's soccer as an intercollegiate sport. Position-by-position voting was done by the head coaches and the balloting produced 12 first-team selections and an equal number of players on a second unit.
Bull, who appeared in all 18 games this season and was in the starting line-up for all but one of them, was placed on the All-Landmark second team. He supplied the Gophers with three goals and a team-leading five assists to rank second on the team with 11 points.
"This is a great accomplishment for Andrew, a nice way for his to end his Goucher career," according to Bryan Laut, who took over as the head men's soccer coach prior to the 2010 season. "You could not ask for a more team-oriented player who gave everything to the cause and always competed for 90 minutes."
