Schenk, Satterfield Earn All-Conference Honors, Gophers Finish Third at Landmark Championship
MOOSIC, Pa. - Goucher College women's golf first years Iseline Schenk (Bergen, Netherlands / Murmellius Gymnasuim) and Keeli Satterfield (Portland, Oregon / Valley Catholic) each earned Second Team All-Conference honors as the Gophers placed third out of five teams at the 2023 Landmark Conference Women's Golf Championship held Sunday and Monday at Glenmaura National Golf Club. After posting a 400 on Sunday, Goucher improved by eight shots on Monday to post a 792 for the tournament.
Catholic University (661) captured its second straight Landmark title, defeating Drew by 14 strokes. Scranton (822) and Susquehanna (833) rounded out the field.
Schenk posted her eighth top-10 finish of the season as she placed 10th with a two-day total of 172. She shot an 84 on Sunday and recorded an 88 on Monday.
Satterfield finished 12th with a score of 178 over two rounds. She also carded an 88 on Monday after posting a round of 90 on Sunday.
Grace Klain (Yerrington, Nev./Nevada Connections Academy) finished at 214 over the two days to come in 23rd overall. Maddie Agrusti (Elkridge, Md./Howard) and Molly Smith (Damascus, Md./Damascus) also competed for Goucher.
Goucher has finished at least third in four of the first five Landmark Conference women's golf championships, placing second in 2021.
