Game scores were 30-19, 30-16, 30-18.
Megan Smith (Honolulu, HI/Long Beach Polytechnic) contributed a team-high 10 kills and 10 digs to the victory, which gives the Gophers a 12-2 record against non-conference opponents in the Sports & Recreation Center since Michael Bossom became head coach. Kasey Quinn (Ellicott City, MD/Centennial) and Sarah Kendall (North Plainfield, NJ/Rutgers Prep) also had 10 kills in the match for Goucher (13-10).
Catie Ditmore (Santa Barbara, CA/Laguna Blanca) and Claire Sauvage-Mar (New Dehli, India/American Embassy) were both credited with 13 assists.
For the Lions (4-16), Donneisha Smith finished with 10 kills.
