MADISON, N.J. - The Landmark Conference today announced the names of the 32 student-athletes who make up the 2008 Fall Landmark All-Academic Team, which recognizes two male and two female athletes who have excelled athletically and academically from each of the eight Landmark institutions.

KINGS POINT, N.Y. Goucher's Megan Smith (Honolulu, Hawaii/Long Beach Polytechnic) established new school and Landmark Conference records for kills in a match today. Her 35-kill performance helped the Gophers reach a fifth game against Moravian, but the Greyhounds were able to come out on top, 3-2.

Gophers Get Smith Back, Bow to Bobcats
FROSTBURG, Md. Megan Smith (Honolulu, Hawaii/Long Beach Polytechnic) was back in Goucher's line-up for the first time in nearly three weeks tonight, but the junior outside hitter's return wasn't enough for the Gophers to knock off Frostburg St. Instead, the Bobcats (19-2) turned back head coach Michael Bossom's squad, 3-0.
