Bio

Kelli Wilkinson enters her second season as the head volleyball coach at Goucher College in 2015.

She was hired in June, 2014 as the eighth head coach of Goucher's volleyball program, bringing a wealth of local coaching experience to the Gophers.

Most recently, she served as the head varsity coach at St. Paul's School for Girls in Brooklandville. Under her helm, the Gators were crowned Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland champions in 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2013. Wilkinson was named the Baltimore Sun's City/County Coach of the Year in 2003.

She has a career record of 186-44 at the high school level. Included among the players she coached is Bailey Webster, who was the 2007 and 2008 Maryland State Gatorade Player of the Year and is currently training and competing with the United States national team.

Prior to arriving at St. Paul's, Wilkinson was the head coach at Notre Dame (Md.) for eight seasons, earning four Atlantic Women's Colleges Conference titles and two AWCC Coach of the Year awards during that span. At the time of her departure, Wilkinson was the all-time wins leader across all sports at the school.

Wilkinson has also coached at the club level for 20 years, and she became the owner/director of the Baltimore Elite Volleyball Club in August, 2012. She taught middle and upper school physical education for twelve years and is additionally a certified personal trainer and registered athletic administrator.  She is CAP Level I certified, IMPACT certified, a member of the AVCA, and a certified court instructor for Gold Medal Squared. Wilkinson also served as the head men's volleyball coach at Stevenson during the 2001 and 2002 seasons.

During her playing career, Wilkinson was an all-conference performer at Winthrop University and Towson University. She currently resides in Towson with her husband, Steve, and her daughter, Logan.
