GOUCHER COLLEGE SPORTS INFORMATION ONLINE FORM:
If you are a student-athlete at Goucher College, we ask that you please fill out the following questionnaire upon your arrival, and again yearly. You can be as detailed as you want. The more information you provide, the more that we can put in your bio.
We do ask that first-year student-athletes and returning student-athletes fill out the form before the beginning of each academic year, as information may have changed or is in need of updating. If you have any other questions, please feel free to e-mail the Sports Information office at either e-mails above.
Access to the Goucher College Sports Information Online Form HERE - Please note: This is for CURRENT student-athletes only.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING POLICY:
Goucher College encourages photographic coverage of events. We are happy to have students, faculty, staff, and their families – as well as community members - attend and photograph intercollegiate events with the understanding that the images are intended for personal use only and not for any commercial use, general distribution and/or sale. Admission to spectator areas at athletics events assumes compliance with this policy.
Still and video photography from any area other than spectator seating requires approval from the Goucher College Athletic Communication Department and will receive an official sideline pass. Generally these are issued only to news photographers, videographers and College-contracted professional photographers who are insured by their employers against physical injury and other hazards – or who knowingly assume such risks - and who are equipped to take pictures without an on-camera flash. NCAA rules prohibit the use of on-camera flash in many types of varsity athletic events, particularly indoor sports.
Athletic Communications-issued Photo Pass requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will generally require an official request submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Issued on an event-by-event basis, passes may be revoked at any time by the College.
