SCRANTON, Pa. - Host University of Scranton blanked Goucher College 5-0 in Landmark Conference field hockey Saturday afternoon at Weiss Field.

Scranton's (10-2, 4-0 Landmark) first shot of the game came just 24 seconds in.
Goucher (7-4, 1-3) goalie Katie Bloom made her first save of the afternoon at the 4:51 mark.
The Royals got on the board in the sixth minute on a Bridget Albrades goal.
Kate Redding made it 2-0 in the ninth minute.

Scranton generated a pair of penalty corners in the first three minutes of the second.
Bloom saved all three shots she faced in the stanza.

Abraldes scored her second goal of the game 5:20 into the second half.
With 1:41 left in the period, Abraldes posted her third goal of the game for the hat trick.

Scranton outshot Goucher 22-0 and took 19 penalty corners.
Bloom made 12 saves for the Gophers while Gianna Travia was not forced to make a save en route to the shutout.
