MADISON, N.J. - Four women's soccer players were among the 30 student-athletes from Goucher who were recognized by the Landmark Conference for academic accomplishments today by being included on the 2007 Fall Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll.

MADISON, N.J. - Dee Moser (Stroudsburg, PA/Stroudsburg) was selected to represent Goucher on the inaugural All-Landmark Conference Women's Soccer Team, which was unveiled today.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Even a nine-goal deficit didn't keep Goucher from battling to the end today and the effort was rewarded with a goal that allowed the Gophers to avoid being shut out. Instead, the unassisted goal by Sisley Pumilia (Chesterfield, NH/Keene) in the 85th minute closed out the scoring in Moravian's 9-1 Landmark Conference victory over head coach Tati Korba's squad.

CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Dee Moser (Stroudsburg, PA/Stroudsburg) tallied her team-leading seventh goal of the season today, but it turned out to be the only goal Goucher was able to muster in a 4-1 loss to Washington (Md.).

TOWSON, Md. - In a game in which the two teams combined to take 41 shots, it was the first shot of the first half and the first shot of the second half that produced all of the damage in Goucher's 2-1 loss to Notre Dame (Md.) this afternoon.

MADISON, N.J. - Goucher started today's Landmark Conference game against Drew playing one player short and was forced to play large portions of the contest with only eight field players. That eventually caught up to the Gophers as they trailed only 1-0 at halftime but saw the Rangers pull away in the second half for a 5-0 victory.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Sisley Pumilia (Chesterfield, NH/Keene) contributed three goals and picked up an assist on a goal by Ali Philippides (West Simsbury, CT/Kingswood-Oxford) today as Goucher was cruising to an 8-0 triumph over Trinity (D.C.).

TOWSON, Md. - Jane Levy (San Anselmo, CA/Sir Francis Drake) had a hand in four goals today, helping Goucher secure its second win of the season, a 7-0 triumph over Lancaster Bible.

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Goucher scored first, but on this particular day the Gophers weren't able to match the offensive firepower that Villa Julie displayed. The Mustangs were the beneficiaries of a three-goal performance by Rose Phelan and single goals by three other players as they defeated head coach Tati Korba's squad today, 6-2.

TOWSON, Md. - While Goucher wasn't able to convert any of its 11 shots into goals today, Randolph-Macon got off 18 shots and four of them produced goals as the Yellow Jackets departed Beldon Field with a 4-0 victory over the Gophers (1-2).
