Ybarra, Lee Score in 2-2 Draw with Lancaster Bible

TOWSON, Md. - Sophomore Madison Ybarra and first year Abby Lee scored for the Goucher College women's soccer team as it recorded a 2-2 tie against Lancaster Bible College in non-conference action Tuesday evening at Beldon Field.
- Lee had the game's first shot for Goucher (2-4-2) in the fifth minute that was saved by LBC (1-2-4) goalie Carissa Mulder.
- Jordan Wood had a bid turned aside by Mulder 14 minutes in.
- At the 16-minute mark, Ybarra knocked home a right-to-left pass in front of the goal by Nora Neall for her fourth goal in three games to give the Gophers a 1-0 lead.
- In the 29th minute, Goucher keeper Madison Gutierrez made a diving save of a 15-yard shot by Isabella Eufemia.
- Madisyn Baine sent a shot wide for the Chargers with three minutes left in the half.
- Gutierrez made a save of a Eufemia header a minute into the second half.
- 2:40 in, Lee bent a shot left from the top of the 18 that curved past Mulder to make it 2-0.
- Just under four minutes later, LBC was awarded a penalty kick for a handball in the box, but Gutierrez saved the attempt by Eufemia.
- The Chargers got on the board in the 58th minute as Janae Bergey scored, with Zoe Beers assisting.
- Bergey scored again off a scramble in front of the goal with just over 19 minutes left to tie the game 2-2.
- Wood had a strong bid from 10 yards out with seven minutes left, but her shot was saved by Mulder.
- Gutierrez made one final save with just under a minute left.
- Lancaster Bible outshot Goucher 17-13 and took six corner kicks to the Gophers' one.
- Gutierrez made eight saves for Goucher, while Mulder recorded seven stops for LBC.
- Goucher is unbeaten in its last three games (2-0-1).
- Ybarra scored in her third straight game, while Lee scored in her second straight outing.
- Lee led Goucher with five shots.
