Bio

Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Goucher College and a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from Boston College. While at Goucher, Logan played soccer and basketball, serving as a team captain for both sports.

Logan is the CEO of The WRK Group (The Warehouse, REACH Riverside, and Kingswood Community Center). Raised in Wilmington's West Center City neighborhood, Logan knows that other people helped guide him to success, and his goal is to now, pay-it forward. Logan started his work in the Riverside neighborhood of Wilmington in 2016 as the Executive Director for Kingswood Community Center (KCC), which serves the young and old alike, including an early learning academy, before and after care, and senior center.

In 2018, Logan was recognized in the Delaware Business Times 40 Under 40. In 2021, Logan was twice recognized as one of Delaware Online’s Most Influential Delawareans, named CEO of the Year for Large Nonprofits by Delaware Business Times and was honored by receiving the Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame by Junior Achievement. Additionally in 2021, Logan received the Lieutenant Governor's Wellness Leadership Award for innovation in the workplace by addressing staff's mental health and well-being. Logan was also recognized by Action for Delaware's Children, for outstanding work on behalf of children in Delaware. Most recently, Logan was honored by Goucher with the Marguerite Barland '60 Merit Award, which celebrates alumni who in their professional and private life have significantly contributed to the diversity of campus community through leadership—as a mentor, role model, volunteer, or philanthropic supporter of the college.
