Bio

Lovell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Goucher and a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. While at Goucher, Lovell was a member of the basketball and track and field teams. He set records in the shot put (indoor) and hammer throw while competing on the track and field team and was later named to the Goucher 2010s All-Decade Team.

Lovell is the co-owner of 3&D Sports Performance (the #1 sports performance facility in Delaware). He has worked with the last three, #1 high school basketball players in the country. He is an expert in injury prevention with over 15-years of coaching experience working with athletes from Europe, NBA, NFL, and the MLB. Over his 15-year coaching career Lovell has worked with hundreds of athletes with ZERO noncontact ACL injuries.

Lovell is also a Tedx Speaker, Delaware Business Times 40 under 40 awardee, the Health and Wellness chair of the 100 Black Men of Delaware, and he’s the strength & conditioning coach for #1 AAU program in the country, Team Final.
