Bio

Tilghman, hailing from The Plains, Virginia, is Goucher's lone female qualifier to the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship.  A four-time All-Conference (3x CAC, 1X Landmark) performer, Coles finished fifth at the CAC Championship as a freshman and seventh at the Landmark Championship as a senior to earn First Team accolades.  A two-time All-Region honoree, Coles qualified for nationals as a senior.  In track and field, Coles was the Capital Athletic Conference champion in the 5,000 meters and finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase as a freshman.
