Weight Room
The Weight Room serves as the cornerstone of physical development and performance training for the Goucher campus. Designed to support strength, speed, power, and injury prevention, the facility provides student-athletes with a structured and motivating environment to train at the highest level.
Equipped with modern strength and conditioning equipment, the weight room accommodates both team-based workouts and individualized training programs. Multiple power racks, free-weight stations, functional training areas, and cardiovascular equipment allow for efficient training sessions across all sports. The layout is intentionally designed to promote safety, flow, and adaptability for large team lifts.
