Field Hockey Set to Begin their 2025 Season on the Road
BALTIMORE, MD - Head Coach Megan Callahan returns for her second year with the Gophers as they release their 2025 schedule for the season. The Gophers are set to compete in 18 games this fall, with half of those falling at home.
Goucher kicks off their season on the road, facing PSU-Harrisburg on Sunday, August 31st. The Gophers return home for a three game home stand, where they take on EMU, Meredith and St. Mary's in regional competitions. This stretch is capped by a road trip to face Lancaster Bible on Tuesday, September 16th. Goucher is set to host their Faculty Appreciation game against Sweet Briar on Friday, September 19th at 4pm.
The Field Hockey team begins Landmark Conference play against Drew University on Saturday, September 27th where they will be honoring Morgan's Message. September wraps up with a regional game at Immaculata the 30th.
Conference play resumes for the Gophers on October 4th, for an away game against Scranton, before they return home to face Catholic. On Saturday, October 18th the team plans to honor their seniors in the program while also hosting their Pink Out Game against Wilkes. The following day, the Gophers host Concordia University (WI) at noon. The final game on Beldon Field for Goucher's Field Hockey team will be against Moravian on Wednesday, October 22nd at 7pm.
The season wraps up with two games on the road against Elizabethtown and Susquehanna.
