Bio

Oliver Ellison begins his first season at Goucher after spending one year as an assistant at Catholic University in 2022-2023. 

While at Catholic his responsibilities included opponent scouting, recruiting, player skill development and development of game and practice plans. He helped the team reach a 13-0 start, best start in school history, and a No. 22 national ranking.

Ellison, a DC product from Gonzaga College High School, earned a full scholarship to play at Howard University. Ellison spent time playing professionally in Africa and the Middle East after graduating from Howard.

Ellison began his coaching career at Montgomery County (Pa.) Community College in 2020 and then spent a year on the Gallaudet staff in 2021.
