Bio

Sam Kung joined the Goucher golf coaching staff as the program's graduate assistant ahead of the 2023-24 season.

Kung, a native of Taipei, Taiwan, played collegiately at Menlo College in Atherton, California.  He started playing golf at the age of 13.  Kung has worked as a swing coach at Oak Valley Golf Academy, Taipei branch and as an assistant coach at National Garden Golf Academy.  He recently earned his Taiwan PGA card.
