Goucher Produces Pair of Div. III All-Americans
PERRY, N.Y. — With Goucher competing on the national stage for the first time in the 19-year history of its men's lacrosse program, it seemed appropriate that a pair of players from head coach Kyle Hannan's 2010 squad would be recognized as being among the best at their position in the nation.
Honorable Mentions: Lynch at Midfield, Dunn on Defense

The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association today released its All-America teams for 2010 and Matt Lynch (Ivyland, Pa./LaSalle College) and Justin Dunn (Denver, Colo./Mullen) were both on the Division III list as honorable mentions. Both players started all 18 games this season as the Gophers went 14-4, captured the Landmark Conference championship and made their inaugural appearance in the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Lynch was a sophomore midfielder who supplied the Gophers with 36 goals and 26 assists. He ranked second on the team with 62 points and was the only player to register at least one point in all 18 games.
Dunn, who has one more season of eligibility remaining, did his best work at the other end of the field, leading a defense that surrendered an average of 6.89 goals per game. He set a new school record by forcing opponents to make 59 turnovers, plus he was credited with a team-leading 70 ground balls.
Lynch and Dunn join goalkeeper Reeves Craig (2003-04-05) and defenseman Chris Webber (2004-05) as the only USILA Division III All-Americans in school history.
