Dugan's Seven Goals, Smith's 18 Saves Power Gophers Past LVC

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Goucher College graduate transfer James Dugan scored seven goals and first year goalie Jack Smith made 18 saves as the Gophers defeated Lebanon Valley College 13-9 in non-conference men's lacrosse Saturday afternoon at Arnold Field. The win was the second straight for the Gophers.
- LVC (2-3) took a 1-0 lead 43 seconds into the game.
- With just over four minutes gone, Dugan scored to put Goucher (3-1) on the board.
- The Gophers ran their lead to 3-1 with a Caelen Young goal at 7:36 and a man-up tally by Theo Cook IV at the 5:15 mark.
- Lebanon Valley scored twice in the final 2:40 of the first to tie the game 3-3.
- Goucher reclaimed the lead 53 seconds into the second as Jack McDermott scored on a pass from Holden Vance.
