GAME NOTES
- The Goucher men's soccer team opens up its 10th season under head coach Bryan Laut on Friday night against DeSales
- The Gophers are starting the season at home for the first time since 2016
- Under Laut, the squad is 2-0-2 when it opens a campaign at Beldon Field and 3-3-3 in season openers
- DeSales is on the schedule for the fourth time in program history and the first time in three years
- Goucher will host Neumann on Saturday at 5 p.m.
- It will be the first meeting against the Knights since 2006 with the series knotted at 2-2-1
- The roster is comprised of 13 freshmen, 11 sophomores, four juniors and two seniors
- Senior Brandon Cohen is a two-time All-Landmark Conference second-team selection
