TOWSON, Md. — Not only are freshman Seth Hoesman (Ellicott City, Md./Howard) and junior David Spivey (Cockeysville, Md./The Park School) representing Goucher on the 2013 All-Landmark Conference Men's Tennis Team for their performance in singles play this season, but they also formed one of the doubles pairings that earned all-conference recognition.
SCRANTON, Pa. — Goucher could have prevented Scranton from being the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Landmark Conference Men's Tennis Championship, but the Gophers didn't have the guns to win today's battle with the Royals.

TOWSON, Md. — Goucher took on a pair of non-conference opponents at separate locations today. The Gophers opened up against Salisbury at McDonogh School, located in Owings Mills, Md., and then returned to campus to battle Frostburg St.

FREDERICK, Md — Goucher dropped only nine games in five contested singles matches this afternoon on the way to a decisive 9-0 triumph over Hood.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. — Although David Spivey (Cockeysville, Md./The Park School) was able to win one set at No. 2 singles, Goucher dropped all six singles matches today on the way to a 9-0 Landmark Conference loss to Juniata.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. — Goucher suffered a 9-0 loss today to a Division II opponent in its final match of its Spring Break trip here. In securing the victory, Kutztown won all six singles matches in straight sets and dropped only four games during the doubles competition.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. — A freshman who has played exclusively at No. 1 singles for Goucher in 2012-13 picked up the only point for Goucher this afternoon during an 8-1 loss to Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

BALTIMORE, Md. — Even after suffering a pair of gut-wrenching losses during the doubles competition, Goucher bounced back and earned two points in singles play during tonight's 7-2 loss to Moravian at the Bare Hill Racquet & Fitness Club.
OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Goucher chalked up its first win of the season this afternoon, a 7-2 triumph over Stevenson. In providing Brendan Kincaid with his first victory as a head coach, the Gophers prevailed in two of the three doubles matches and came out on top in five of the six singles matches.
