- Goucher College finished its weekend at Salisbury University with a 7-2 win against Bridgewater and an 8-1 loss to host Salisbury in non-conference men's tennis action on Sunday. The Gophers started the day with a 7-2 win against the Eagles of Bridgewater.
- Frankie Mullinix and Omosesan Adebamgbe won at No. 2 doubles 8-3 while Brian Kane and Slade Dumas took care of business at No. 3 doubles, 8-1. Michael Herman and Tetsuya Ota played a tough match at No. 1 doubles before falling 8-6.
- Dumas (No. 2 singles, 6-3, 6-1), Mullinix (No.3 singles, 6-3, 6-3), Kane (No. 4 singles, 6-1, 3-6, 10-8), Eliiot Diehl (York, Pa./York Suburban) (No. 5 singles, 6-2, 6-0) and Josiah Meekins (No. 6, 6-2, 6-0) all won their singles matches to take five of the six singles competition on its way to a 7-2 win against Bridgewater.
- Playing in their second match of the day, the Gophers were downed 8-1 against Salisbury. Ota, who was the only singles player not to win a match against Bridgewater, was the only player to win a match against the Seagulls (6-4, 7-5).
- The win against Bridgewater handed first-year head coach Eric Spangler his first collegiate win while the match against Salisbury was against the first time head coaches' alma mater.
