Carter Hinton-Ayodele Recognized by Landmark Conference

TOWSON, Md. - Sophomore Carter Hinton-Ayodele (Bowie, Md./Bowie) of the Goucher College women's outdoor track and field team was recognized as the Landmark Conference Field Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon.

Hinton-Ayodele finished second in the triple jump at the Emory Spring Break Classic with a mark of 10.71 meters as the Gophers opened the outdoor portion of the season this past weekend.  He also placed sixth in the long jump with a jump of 5.00 meters.

Hinton-Ayodele earned Landmark weekly honors for the second time this season and for the fifth time in his career.

Goucher is back in action on Friday as it hosts the Blue and Gold Classic at Gopher Stadium.
