Overall, the Gophers posted a combined score of 404 to put themselves in a tie for third for Scranton after the first round. Drew leads the tournament, carding a team score of 387. Marywood is slotted in second after posting a combined score of 397 on Saturday.
Individually for Goucher, first-year Christina Pevey (Post, Texas) fired a first round score of 93 to put herself in third place alone entering tomorrow's final round.
Meanwhile, fellow first-year Emmie Starchvick (Jacksonville, Ore.) carded a 101 to be in a tie for 10th, while first-years Lauren O'Leary (Potomac, Md.) and Emily Pochet (Royersford, Pa.) are in a tie for 14th after each posting a pair of 105's.
The 2018 Landmark Conference Championships will conclude at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club on Sunday afternoon.
