Women's Golf to Compete at Landmark Championship This Weekend
TOWSON, Md. - The Goucher College women's golf team will compete at the 2022 Landmark Conference Women's Golf Championship this weekend (April 23-24) being hosted by Catholic University. This year's championship is being held at Northwest Golf Club in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Making up the roster for the Gophers are junior Grace Klain (Yerrngton, Nev./Nevada Connections Academy) and first years Maddie Agrusti (Elkridge, Md./Howard), Paula Effinger (Steamboat Springs, Colo./Steamboat Springs) and Molly Smith (Damascus, Md./Damascus).
Action both days tees off just after 9 am, and live scoring of the weekend's tournament will be available via Golfstat.
Catholic is the defending Landmark Conference champion as it bested the Gophers by 11 shots in 2021. Drew earned the title in 2019 and 2020, while then-associate member Marywood was the inaugural champion in 2018.
