Carnevale Earns Weekly Honor from Landmark

The junior defender was credited with four ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 17-3 triumph over Notre Dame (Md.) on April 7. Three days later, she turned in another performance that included four ground balls and three caused turnovers, this time against Southwestern (Texas).
The Gophers downed the Pirates, 13-7.
Among Landmark Conference players, only teammate Stefi Perry (Houston, Texas/Klein) has more caused turnovers (29) this season than Carnevale, who is tied with Caroline DiBartolomeo from Catholic with 25.
