Belle St. Jean Earns United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors

UNITED SOCCER COACHES ALL-REGION TEAMS

TOWSON, Md. - Goucher College women's soccer junior defender Belle St. Jean (Marlton, N.J./Cherokee) was named to the United Soccer Coaches Region V All-Region Team as a Third Team selection, it was announced on Tuesday.  St. Jean is the sixth Gopher women's soccer player to earn All-Region honors and the first since Gracie LeFevre in 2018.

St. Jean, a Landmark Conference First Team All-Conference selection, started all 18 games for the Goucher defense in 2022.  St. Jean anchored a backline that posted nine shutouts in 18 games and allowed a 1.00 team goals-against average, the program's best since 2012.

Goucher finished with its most victories since 2015 this past season and made its first-ever trip to the ECAC Championship.
