Women's Tennis Falls to Randolph-Macon Heading Into Conference Play
The Goucher College women’s tennis team (3-5, Landmark 0-0) fell to Randolph-Macon 9-0 at home on Thursday.
TOWSON, MD – The Goucher College women's tennis team (3-5, Landmark 0-0) fell to Randolph-Macon 9-0 at home on Thursday.
The No. 2 doubles team of Ali Gorson-Morrow (Broomall, PA) and Mandile Mpofu (Harare, Zimbabwe) battled to a 8-5 loss against Melissa Tomlin and Molly Jesseman.
Sophomore Ali Tomasevich (Harleysville, PA) played Jesseman at No. 5 singles 6-3, 7-5. Tomasevich held an early lead in the flight, but was unable to hold on in the end.
