- The Goucher College women's tennis team is heating up at the right time after the Gophers secured its fourth-straight victory with a 9-0 decision against Juniata College in Landmark Conference action on Saturday.
- Anais Gill and Mandile Mpofu won at No. 1 doubles, 8-3 and Haddie Hill and Tes DeJaeger earned an 8-3 decision at No. 2 doubles. Ali Tomasevich and Morgan Hartman (Woodstock, Vt./Woodstock Union) completed the doubles sweep with an 8-2 victory at No. 3 doubles.
- Gill (6-3, 6-3), Mpofu (6-1, 6-0), Hill (6-1, 6-3) Hartman (6-2, 6-1) each won at No. 1, 2, 3 and 5 singles.
- Katie Marzerka took care of business at No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-0 and Sara Healy earned a 7-5, 6-0 win to complete a 9-0 win.
- Gill improved to 5-2 in conference singles and 5-2 at No. 1 doubles with Mpofu (5-1) as her main partner. The Gophers lost to Moravian in the regular season meeting with the Gill-Mpofu tandem earning an 8-1 win.
