MADISON, N.J. - Visiting Goucher College held a 2-1 lead after doubles, but defending Landmark Conference champion Drew University rallied for a 5-4 women's tennis victory at the Drew Tennis Complex Saturday afternoon. Three of the Rangers' four singles wins were in three sets.
- Goucher (7-7, 4-2 Landmark) staked itself to a 2-1 lead after doubles.
- Meline Siggen and Aaliyah Ybarra picked up the first Gopher point with a 8-3 win at No. 3.
- After the Rangers (7-5, 7-0 Landmark) took No. 1 8-6, Lucy Ingraham and Jessica Townes were 8-5 victors at No. 2.
- Eliza Abady and Natalia Navarro fell 8-6 at No. 1.
- Abady put Goucher up 3-1 with a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 3.
- Drew took No.2 singles before Shelby Meek put the Gophers up 4-2 with a 7-5, 0-6, 6-2 win.
- At No. 1, Navarro battled before falling 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
- Townes dropped her fifth singles match 4-6, 6-2, 6-4.
- Sarai Oquendo Silveira forced a third set at No 6 before Drew prevailed 6-1, 4-6, 6-1.
