TOWSON, Md. - The Goucher College Gophers (4-6 Overall; 1-1 Conference) hosted the Yeowomen of Oberlin College (3-5 Overall) in a postponed matchup. The Gophers fell to the Yeowomen 6-1, due to a limited roster.
- The Gophers were swept in doubles play, dropping the No. 1 matchup 6-2, and then the No. 2 matchup 6-1.
- The biggest match of the day came from senior, Eliza Abady in the No. 2 singles match, who forced a tie breaker after dropping the first set to secure the lone win for the Gophers (3-6, 6-3, 10-6).
- Shelby Meek was able to win three games against her opponent before losing 3-6, and then dropping the next set 0-6.
- The Gophers host the Rangers of Drew University in a Landmark Conference matchup at 1pm on Saturday, March 29th.
