Soliana Goldrich Earns Landmark Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. – Senior Soliana Goldrich (Austin, Texas) earns Landmark Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week.

Over this past weekend, Goldrich opened the race on a tear and refused to look back, holding the lead from the first check-point to the finish line. She completed the 6k course in 25:31.98, more than 25 seconds ahead of the second place finisher in the race. The Austin, Texas native cut nearly two minutes off her time from 2016 (27:15.30) and nearly 10 minutes off her first-year time (34:09.60) on the Goucher College course.

This is Goldrich's first time winning Landmark's Athlete of the Week.

Goucher takes a two-week break before heading to Juniata College for the 11^th Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships on October 28^th.
