Men's, Women's Cross Country Take Part in 2018 Landmark Conference Championships

The highest finish recorded by either a male or female on the day by Goucher was notched by first-year Laila Hanson (Churchville, Md.), who crossed the finish line on the 6k course in 25:08.84 to finish in 31st overall. Elsewhere for the women's squad, sophomore Eva Bulson-Lewis (Minneapolis, Minn.) finished in 27:36.44 to place 63rd, and senior Hannah Brogan (Chatham, N.J.) placed 71st with a time of 28:47.59.
Meanwhile, for the men's team, senior Sean O'Flaherty (Hinsdale, Ill.) was Goucher's highest finisher, completing the 8k course in a time of 30:12.53. Elsewhere, first-year Connor Lawrence (North Potomac, Md.) was 68th overall with a time of 31:13.88, and first-year Joseph Augustine Rhodenhiser (Ann Arbor, Mich.) placed 73rd in 32:25.25.
The Goucher College cross country teams will complete their 2018 seasons on Saturday, Nov. 10, as they travel to DeSales for the NCAA Mideast Regionals.
