Bulson-Lewis And Holtzman Post Top Times For Goucher Cross Country At Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships
COLMAR PARK, Md. – Eva Bulson-Lewis (Minneapolis, Minn./Trinity School at River Ridge) and Joey Holtzman (Bloomington, Minn./Thomas Jefferson) paced Goucher College at the Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
Bulson-Lewis finished 64th with a time of 27:49.60 for the Gopher women in the 6K race while Holtzman placed 77th on the men's side with a time of 33:33.60 in the 8K race.
Along with Bulson-Lewis on the women's side, Luca Green (Lutherville, Md./Dulaney) (76th place, 29:39.90), Autumn Krist (Chantilly, Va./Oakton) (81st place, 37:10.00) and Leah Wodajo (Potomac, Md./Winston Churchill) (82nd place, 47:56.15) also participated for the Goucher women. Green and Krist both established personal-best times at the event.
Nick Jackson (Ellicott City, Md./Mount Hebron) (80th place, 36:23.81) and Nicholas Aliquo (South Portland, Maine/Baxter Academy) (82nd place, 37:52.93) also ran for the Gopher men. Aliquo also had a personal-best time on the afternoon.
Goucher returns to action at the NCAA Division III Region Qualifer on Saturday, November 16 at the famed course of the Paul Short Run.
