Cross Country Competes at Landmark Conference Championships Saturday

TOWSON, Md. - The Goucher cross country teams will be in competition at the 2021 Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships at Bicentennial Park in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, hosted by Moravian University, on Saturday. The men's 8K race begins at 11 am, with the women's 6K event slated for a noon start.
A live video production of the event, produced by Moravian, will be available on the Landmark Conference Network at landmarknetwork.tv/goucher, while live timing and scoring will be available at http://live.mdtimingllc.com/meets/22/events.
Goucher has been idle since it hosted the Coach Caslin Classic on October 9. The Gopher women finished second out of five teams at that event, led by Reese Finnigan (Dallas, Texas / Grapevine) who finished ninth overall. Avery McEachern (Cincinnati, Ohio/Summit Country Day) and Emma Kistner (Woodlawn, Md./Mount de Sales) have also been the top Goucher finisher at meets this season.
Sean Whitfield (Laurel, Md. / DeMatha Catholic) was the top finisher for the men at the Coach Caslin Classic.
After Saturday, the Goucher cross country teams will wrap up their seasons at the NCAA Mid-East Regional on November 13 hosted by Dickinson.
