Goucher was able to add one point today to its team total in the Collegiate Cup hunter seat competition, courtesy of a sixth-place finish in walk-trot-canter equitation by Sarah Lummis (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill). That leaves head coach Jen Bunty's squad in a tie with Vermont for ninth place with five points.
The final two events in the Collegiate Cup will be contested on Saturday. Riding for Goucher in open equitation over fences will be Ashley Bent (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area); Hundley will compete in open flat.
