- Irene Elise Powlick took home two regional championship titles while all four Goucher riders that qualified for the regional event finished in the Top-2 at the IHSA Zone IV Region I Final on March 24 to qualify for the Zone IV Championships.
- Powlick was named the Region Champion open fences and the Region Champion open flat.
- Cherise Madrid lso won in the walk trot to earn the Regional Champion title in that category.
- Courtney Sloan finished second in two events to earn the title of Reserve Regional Champion intermediate fences and Reserve Regional Champion novice flat.
- Wren Wakeman also placed Top-2 with a Reserve Regional Champion walk trot canter.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE

- If Goucher is one of the top two finishers in the meet at the University of Virginia, it would move onto the national championship at the New York State Fairground Expo in Syracuse, N.Y., on May 2-5. In addition, any individual that finishes in the top two in an event would also be invited to the national championship.
