GAME NOTES
- The 10-time defending IHSA Zone IV Region I champions will travel to the Preseason Classic Tournament of Champions on Friday and Saturday
- The squad showed at MHSA Regional Horse Show & Hunter Derby, but did not compete in a competition on Sept. 8
- The team returns 10 riders from last year including walk trot national champion Cherise Madrid
- The roster also features 12 riders that could see their first collegiate action this season
- The Gophers will host three events this year
- Goucher returns to action on Oct. 13 for the UMBC IHSA Show
