SCRANTON, Pa. - Goucher falls to 3-3 on the season after a 37 point loss to Scranton in their first Landmark Conference matchup of the season.
Freshman Anise Williams (West Palm Beach, Fla.) scored 18 points, a whopping 37.5% of total points for the Gophers. Williams went 2-6 in three-pointers, made 3 additional field goals, and went 6-7 from the line.
Freshmen Alayna McFadden (Silver Spring, Md.) and Jorryn Avery (Glen Burnie, Md.) tallied 8 points each in the contest. McFadden put up 4 field goals, and Avery tallied 2 three-pointers and 2 free throws.
The Gophers will be back in action on Wednesday, December 5th, at Shenandoah at 7 PM.
