NCAA Division III Week - Annie Carter, Field Hockey
TOWSON, Md. — The NCAA is in the midst of its third annual Division III Week, celebrating the accomplishments of the organization’s largest division. Athletic Teams Extend Streak of Academic Excellence
TOWSON, Md. — For the 28th-consecutive semester, a streak which has now lasted for well over a decade, Goucher’s men’s and women’s athletic programs have combined to register a grade-point average of over 3.0.

Landmark Reveals Academic Honor Roll for Fall 2013
TOWSON, Md. — The Landmark Conference, which is in its seventh year of competition, today recognized 267 student-athletes for their academic accomplishments by placing them on the 2013 Fall Academic Honor Roll. Thirty of the honorees are from Goucher.

Ruhlin Sets Goal Milestone in Shutout Win over Gators
TOWSON, Md. -- A hat trick from Justine Ruhlin highlighted an offensive outburst for the Goucher field hockey team tonight, leading the Gophers to a 4-0 victory over Notre Dame (Md.). With the three goals, Ruhlin now has 10 this season, becoming the first Goucher player since Saburah Posner in 2001 to score 10 or more goals in a season.

Rangers Remain in Tie for First Place by Topping Gophers
TOWSON, Md. — Goucher was successful at minimizing the damage in the first half of today's game against Drew, but the Rangers added to the 1-0 lead they enjoyed at the break three times during the second period to come away with a 4-0 victory over head coach Megan Williams' Gophers.

Gophers Fall to Eagles in Landmark Home Opener
TOWSON, Md. -- In the second half of its home conference opener, the Goucher field hockey team was neck-and-neck with Juniata, surrendering just one goal and limiting the Eagles to a 7-6 shots advantage. The damage, however, had already been done, as Juniata had 15 of the match’s 16 shots in a two-goal first half en route to a 3-0 victory.
