TOWSON, Md. — Before the game, Goucher honored its lone senior, Shante Atkinson (Millersville, Md./Old Mill), but once the game started, Scranton stole the show, beating the Gophers 67-35.

MADISON, N.J. — Ebonie Diggs (Mt. Rainier, Md./Northwestern) scored 17 points off the bench, making seven of her 13 attempts from the field, but the Gophers fell at Drew 67-49.

TOWSON, Md. — Goucher held Kate McDonald and Jordan Speck, the two Juniata players who were each averaging more than 10 points per game, to seven points apiece. The Gophers also kept Speck and Natalie Glinsky, who are both among the Eagles' all-time leaders in 3-point field goals, in check, limiting the pair to a combined 1-for-8 performance on long-range attempts.

TOWSON, Md. — An eight-point Goucher halftime lead disappeared, but Goucher scored nine straight to retake the lead, holding on for a 60-55 conference victory.

TOWSON, Md. — Goucher knocked an 18-point deficit midway through the second half down to 53-49 with more than a minute left to play, but the Gophers came up empty on their final four possessions of the contest and wound up falling to Susquehanna, 55-49, tonight in a Landmark Conference game played in the Decker Sports & Recreation Center.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Aided by a 42 to 15 edge in free throw attempts, Moravian stayed undefeated in conference play, topping Goucher 77-59.

TOWSON, Md. — Precious Kollock (Baltimore, Md./Patapsco) accounted for Goucher's first five points in this evening's Landmark Conference game against Catholic in the Decker Sports & Recreation Center. She nailed a 3-point attempt on the Gophers' first possession of the contest to give her team a 3-2 lead and later converted a layup to put head coach Didi Cotton's squad back on top, 5-4.

TOWSON, Md. — Drew hit on 52.0% of its field goal attempts in the first half, including half its three pointers, building an insurmountable early lead.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. — Juniata used a 14-0 run to pull away from Goucher on its way to a 71-33 conference victory.

SCRANTON, Pa. — Scranton received scoring contributions from 14 players and played stifling defense on its way to a 85-38 victory.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. — Susquehanna held the lead for all but the final :16 of the game, but a TaQuasia Lambert (Brooklyn, N.Y./Patapsco) game-winning three gave the Gophers their only lead of the game, earning a 52-51 win.

TOWSON, Md. — In a game that featured nine ties and eight lead changes, nationally-ranked Moravian closed well to earn a hard-fought win.

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Before Goucher could even blink, Penn St. Harrisburg held a 14-0 lead, never trailing on its way to a 59-47 victory.

TOWSON, Md. — Latifah Butler (Annapolis, Md./Annapolis), who scored 56 points in the two games Goucher played at the 2012 Las Vegas Hoopla, today was named Women's Basketball Player of the Week in the Landmark Conference for Dec. 17-30.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Goucher’s five starters outscored their counterparts from North Central, 68-27, but nine players came off the bench to supply the Cardinals with 77 additional points in a 104-90 victory over the Gophers today at the 2012 Vegas Hoopla.
