The fifth and final 2017-18 All-Goucher First Team selection and team captain earns a fitting honor to cap her banner career as a student-athlete at Goucher. Earning the selection is senior Cary Hundley (Ellicott City, Md.) of the equestrian team.

HARRISBURG, Pa. - In the final show of her Goucher College career, senior Cary Hundley (Ellicott City, Md.) put together a strong performance in the Cacchione Cup of the 2018 IHSA National Championships, as she finished eighth in the competition that was held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.

GREENSBORO, N.C. - In wet conditions, the Goucher College equestrian team finished just short of a spot into Nationals as a team on Saturday, as the Gophers placed third at the 2018 IHSA Zone IV Championships, which were held at the Sedgefield Showgrounds.

FINDLAY, Ohio - The Goucher College equestrian team faced a strong field on the day Saturday at the Holiday Tournament of Champions held at Findlay University, but the Gophers once again posted a strong effort, taking the Reserve Championship title on the day to finish off the Fall 2017 portion of their schedule on a high note.

GAITHERSBURG, Md. - For the sixth straight show, senior Cary Hundley (Ellicott City, Md.) won both her classes, as the Goucher College equestrian team was the highest scoring riding team once again on Sunday, collecting 44 points at an IHSA Show hosted by the University of Maryland and American University at The Other Left Farm.

The Gophers were the highest scoring riding team once again today, finishing with 46 points. The win boosts their already formidable lead in the Zone IV Region I standings to 61 points over the second place team, George Washington University.

The regular-season horse show for the Gophers ended in a ride-off without stirrups for High Point Rider between two of its own competitors, senior Cary Hundley (Ellicott City, Md.) and first-year Sarah Edmunds (Lancaster, Pa.)

Goucher opened up a commanding 33-point lead over George Washington in the 2017-18 IHSA Zone IV Region I standings today by earning 43 points at the region's third show of the season at home.
